All pets must be on a leash, in an animal carrier or held by the owner at all times. Pet owners must sign a pet release form and use the Town Center Boulevard Entrance on the lower level at Macy's Court for entering and exiting during Pet Photo hours. Domestic pets only.

PROCEDURES & RELATED INFORMATION
Thank you for bringing your pet and joining us for pet photos with the Spring Bunny! In order to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for owners and pets, as well as general visitors to the mall, we ask that you agree to the following procedures:
1. Please have your pet(s) on an individual leash or in an animal carrier. All pets must be controlled, contained or held by their owner at all times while at the Mall for the pet photo event.
2. Pet owners are to maintain control of their pet and are responsible for maintaining their behavior while at the Mall. This includes all areas inside the mall as well as on the grounds/parking lot of the mall.
3. For your convenience and the comfort of your pet we have designated Macy’s Court Entrance as the Main Entrance for both entering and exiting the mall to participate in the pet photo event.
4. For the comfort of other mall visitors we ask that you please remain in the designated area at the Bunny set where the photographs will be taken with your pet. Please do not walk your animal through any other area of the mall.
5. After your pet has had his/her photo taken we ask that you immediately leave the mall with your pet(s) through the designated entrance.
6. On the attached form please complete the information required and return it to a Cherry Hill Photo staff member prior to proceeding to the Bunny Set for your pet’s photo with the Spring Bunny.
Service dogs are exempt from this procedure providing they have the appropriate harness and identification (tag/label on harness). We appreciate your help in assuring that Pet Photos with the Spring Bunny is a fun and enjoyable experience for all – pet owners, pets and other mall shoppers!

In consideration for participating in Pet Photos with the Spring Bunny, I_____________________ , hereby forever release, discharge and acquit PREIT Services LLC, its owners, principals agents, employees and officers form and against any and all damages, claims, expenses, causes of action and liabilities that I or my pet(s) may suffer or incur as a result of any incident with my animal or in connection with pet Photos with the Spring Bunny at Voorhees Town Center.
IN FURTHER CONSIDERATION of permission being granted by said undersigned to be photographed/filmed/taped during the promotion in the shopping center, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Owners and their respective agents, officers, employees, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns free and harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, suits, debts, liabilities, causes of action, loss, cost and expense arising out of, or as a result of, the photographing/filming/taping,
